What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment via bank transfer, secure payment link, Revolut or PayPal.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes, I give all my clients a digital invoice.
Do you charge up front or require a deposit?
Design projects: 25% – 50% upfront payment is required on work over £300.
Website projects: 50% upfront payment is required, while smaller projects can be paid on completion.
Photography bookings: £20 deposit secures your booking and goes toward the final balance.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes! For projects over £300, I offer the option to split payments into two or three instalments. This allows you to spread the cost and pay on a schedule that works for you. Feel free to reach out to discuss a plan that suits your needs.

How much do you charge for design services?
Every design project is unique and therefore, my pricing varies based on the complexity and the amount of work required. However, I offer very competitive and reasonable prices. I also have flexible pricing options for start-ups and individuals on a tighter budget.
What is your design process like?
My design process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your project, goals, and vision. I then conduct research and create initial concepts. After feedback and revisions, the final designs are polished and delivered.
How long does it take to complete a project?
The timeline varies depending on the project. Branding projects typically take 2-4 weeks, website designs 4-8 weeks, and smaller projects like marketing materials or templates can take 1-2 weeks.
What industries do you specialise in?
I have experience working with a wide range of industries, including events, music, hospitality, education, healthcare and more. My approach is adaptable, ensuring your brand resonates with your target audience.
How do I get started on a project with you?
Simply fill out the contact form on my website. I’ll reach out to schedule a consultation to understand your needs better and provide a tailored proposal.

How do you charge for your photoshoots?
Many photographers charge by the hour or just for the sitting, with additional costs for edits and prints. This can really add up! I like to keep things simple, so I charge a fixed rate. This includes the photoshoot with a set time and an agreed amount of edits. I do not offer prints but the price includes a printing license so you can print as many photos as you like. Every customer has different needs and that's why I always quote individually.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a £20 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to a new date once, provided you give sufficient notice. However, if you cancel without rescheduling or need to reschedule more than once, the deposit is non-refundable.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your photoshoot booking, I kindly request you give me as much notice as possible. I can understand that unexpected things happen, but the more notice you can give, the better chance I have of filling your spot with another client – please be mindful of this.
How far can you travel?
I can travel up to 15 miles outside the M25. Travel expenses will be an additional charge. I own a car and have a train discount card.
How long until I receive my photos?
Depending on the amount of photos and editing required, you will receive your photos within 48 hours up to 5 days.
What will I receive?
Professionally edited, high-resolution, watermark free photographs (the amount as agreed) and a printing license.
What is a printing license?
All photoshoots include a comprehensive printing license that allows you to print and share your photos as you wish for personal use. I believe in giving my clients the freedom to enjoy their photos without any restrictions. This means you can print as many copies as you'd like of each edited photograph you receive.
Can I have the raw files?
I'm afraid I do not offer raw files in any case. This is because raw files are not suitable for use in final products or for printing. Unlike JPG images, raw files are not universally compatible and they can be very large in size, therefore they are not easily managed. Additionally, providing edited and retouched versions ensures that the photos will be of the highest quality for its intended use and will also represent my portfolio accurately.
